Creative Design for Health Care Reform is a more in-depth examination of our health care financing system and medical decision making process. It explores those factors that contribute to our financial and quality of care crises. I present the way out of the crisis and the vision for the future reformed health care system. A complete business plan for development and implementation of the systems necessary is found in the Appendix.

The target audience are those folks in the medical-industrial complex and the politicos who stand to be the winners and losers once health care is implemented. I offer a plan for avoiding the roadblocks many losers will attempt to throw up to prevent reform.
